This section is for those of you having disconnect issues and connection issues, as well as connection speed and hardware information. Modem Support and General Notes about modems: Any V.90 Compatible modem should work with our service.

General Settings: 

Mail settings Incoming mail server type is a POP3. Incoming mail server name is pop.chiconet.com. Outgoing mail server name is mail.chiconet.com email address: username@chiconet.com password: the password you chose at signup

Dns servers primary: ns1.2interactive.com ip: 198.69.255.5 secondary: ns2.2interactive.com ip: 198.69.255.10 Note: Dns servers are automatically assigned when you log-on.  Dialup Numbers Please make sure you have the correct dialup number.   Always call the phone company to verify the number you are dialing is not long-distance.
